Effective date: 26 June 2026

§1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms of Service govern the use of the Bliip.me application (hereinafter: "the App").
  2. Using the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
  3. The App is provided free of charge by its creator: Mateusz Biliński (Opole, Poland) (hereinafter: "the Administrator"), contact: ask[at]bliip.me.
  4. The App operates globally but is subject to Polish law. Matters not governed by these Terms shall be subject to applicable Polish law.

§2. Registration and Account

  1. The App may only be used by persons aged 16 or older. Registering and using the App constitutes confirmation that this condition is met.
  2. Registration and login are required to use the App.
  3. Registration is free and requires providing an email address.
  4. A user may hold more than one account, but each must be created in their own name. Impersonating other persons or entities is prohibited.
  5. An account may be deleted at any time via the in-App settings.

§3. User Content

  1. Users may add content (texts, photos, videos, comments, reactions).
  2. Users are responsible for the content they publish.
  3. Content is subject to pre-publication review (preventive moderation). The App also allows users to report content that violates these Terms via the available reporting form.
  4. The Administrator reserves the right to remove any content without notice if it violates the law, public morals, or these Terms.
  5. Content remains the property of the User. However, upon publication, the User grants the Administrator a free, non-exclusive, territorially unlimited licence to store, display, and share such content within the App (including creating backups and reformatting).
  6. Content is automatically deleted upon expiry.
  7. A user may pin up to 3 of their own posts to their profile and create galleries of selected publications. Pinned content and gallery content are not subject to automatic deletion and are stored indefinitely – until unpinned or deleted by the user.
  8. Access to other users' content within the App is based on a reciprocity principle ("Post-to-View").
  9. To access current content published by others, the user must have an active publication of their own. The scope and duration of access (the "Viewing Licence") depend on the parameters (privacy, reach) of the user's last post published within the preceding 24 hours.
  10. Automatic or manual deletion of one's own content results in a restriction of the Viewing Licence and the restoration of a visibility block (blur effect) for new content from other users.
  11. Historical content that the user unlocked while holding an active Viewing Licence, or that was published within their activity window, remains visible in accordance with the privacy settings of its authors.
  12. To ensure safety and to support entertainment features, photos uploaded by users are subject to automated analysis by artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms. These algorithms are used for the preliminary detection of prohibited content and for tag assignment.
  13. The App includes an AI-powered automatic commenting feature (the "Curator"). These comments are purely for entertainment, satirical, and fictional in nature. Generated texts are the output of algorithms; they do not constitute a real assessment of the user, do not reflect the views of the Administrator, and are not intended to offend anyone.

§4. Prohibited Actions

The following are prohibited:

  1. circumventing the "Post-to-View" mechanism by publishing empty, technical, spam, or aesthetically non-compliant content solely to gain access to other users' content,
  2. publishing content that violates the law,
  3. content of a sexual or erotic nature,
  4. content depicting violence against humans or animals,
  5. content containing hate speech or inciting discrimination,
  6. spamming or abusing the App's features,
  7. impersonating other persons or entities,
  8. falsifying location or other data,
  9. using the App in a manner inconsistent with its purpose,
  10. sharing the image or data of minors without their explicit consent or the consent of a legal guardian.

Publishing content listed above may result in:

  1. immediate removal of the content and suspension of the user's account,
  2. deletion of all publications associated with the account,
  3. reporting the matter to the relevant authorities and providing them with available identifying data (e.g. account ID, email address, content data).

§5. Data and Privacy

  1. The rules governing data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy available in the App.
  2. Users may use a pseudonym.
  3. GPS is used in real time solely to filter local content while browsing and is not stored in the database for this purpose.
  4. Location data (GPS) is stored only upon content publication and is attached to the specific published post as its metadata – not to the user's profile. This data is deleted together with the post.
  5. Data is stored in the database in encrypted form.
  6. The Administrator does not knowingly process personal data of persons under 16 years of age. Should such a violation be detected, the data will be deleted without delay.

§6. Liability

  1. The Administrator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the App.
  2. The Administrator shall not be liable for content added by users whose unlawful nature was not known to the Administrator or which was not effectively reported to the Administrator via the available reporting form.
  3. Use of the App is at the user's own risk.
  4. The Administrator shall not be liable for the operation of artificial intelligence algorithms implemented in the App. This includes, in particular, any erroneous concealment or blocking of content by automated moderation systems, as well as the content and tone of AI-generated comments (including the phenomenon of AI hallucinations).

§7. Changes to the Terms

  1. The Administrator may amend these Terms at any time.
  2. Users will be notified of changes via an in-App notification.
  3. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
